Our Hiring Process

Culture is important to us above all else, which is why we have a thorough hiring process. We get that it may seem like a bit much, but we invest in our talent to make sure it’s a good fit. Our hiring process gives you a chance to really get to know our team, and us to know you.

We will always keep you up-to-date on your status within 48 hours of each step.

Step 1: Application & Resume Review

Start by applying online by filling out the form at the bottom of the job description and uploading your resume.

Step 2: Phone Interview

If your application is selected, you’ll have a brief 30-minute phone call with a member of our team so we can get to know you. We’ll chat about your work experience and passions, and share a bit more about the company to see if you’d be a good fit.

For developers and other technical roles, be prepared to answer some high-level questions about your development capabilities and experience, but we won’t get into explicitly technical stuff just yet.

Step 3: Interview with the Hiring Manager

If your application is selected, you’ll have a brief 30-minute phone call with a member of our team so we can get to know you. We’ll chat about your work experience and passions, and share a bit more about the company to see if you’d be a good fit.

For developers and other technical roles, be prepared to answer some high-level questions about your development capabilities and experience, but we won’t get into explicitly technical stuff just yet.

Step 4: Technical Interview

Depending on the technical expectations of the role, you may be expected to complete a technical assessment. This could include a paired programming or design session, or a mock sales call. This isn’t to get you to do work for free, this is so we can see how you think. We care more about your thought process than the actual solution in the interview.

Step 5: Team Speed Round Interview

You’ll get a chance to meet with 3 or 4 of our team members one-on-one for about 60-minutes each. This step is the most important to make sure it’s going to be a good fit. At this point, you’ll have met with 6 people on our team so you’ll know us pretty well.

After that, if we all agree you’ll make a great addition to the team, we’ll give you a call outlining the offer!

Please note: there is no perfect process. At any point in the process, we may ask you to do an additional interview, or provide additional information.
